SportsFit sessions run for 45 minutes and focus on your ability to gain speed, power, strength and cardiovascular endurance. You will also develop more efficient motor patterns and sport specific principle of fitness.
SportsFit enables you to enhance your performance throughout your season with sport specific functional training.
Functional training uses many concepts to improve speed, strength and power which will increase sports performance and decrease incidence of injury. The key to functional exercise is integration. It's about teaching all the muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently.
