We are a NEW and Exciting Open Ultimate Frisbee Team.

We train in Ipswich all year round and Ultimate is a mixed sport so men and ladies are welcome and everyone plays together.

ANYONE is welcome to come train. Whether your a beginner, curious or experienced!
