St Helens Swimming Club

St Helens Swimming Club is a competitive swimming club for ages 5 years to Open Age. We are based at Parr Swimming & Fitness Centre and have been providing excellent training for swimmers for over 100 years : Our Head Coach, Heather Frederiksen-Walmsley MBE, is double gold medal Paralympic Champion (Beijing 2008 and London 2012).

We welcome swimmers of all ages and abilities who want the challenge of competitive swimming while having fun along the way. We also offer non-competitive swimmers the chance to improve basic swimming skills and to build confidence. Membership is open to all who can swim competently in front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. So come and take the plunge at ST HELENS SWIMMING CLUB.
