Sponsorship Notice

New dodgeball club, Peterborough Community Dodgeball is looking for a new sponsor. We would use the sponsorship money to fund a team kit, featuring the company logo, brand name and contact details prominently (as main sponsor) on the shirt. Sponsorship would be publicised on the club Facebook page (currently at 115likes in our first week of operation) and publicised around Peterborough on our twitter stream.

The launch of Peterborough Community Dodgeball (on November 7th) is due to be covered in the local press, both newspaper and radio. We would arrange for company details, as well as a mock up of the kit featuring the companies brand, to be presented in these press releases. Peterborough dodgeball club is the only club in Peterborough, but competes in UKDBA competitions around the country. This would maximise brand exposure. As national dodgeball championships take place including the university scene, this could expose any company to a much wider sporting community than just dodgeball. Dodgeball is a rapidly growing sport, particularly at university level.

The home nations dominate the sport in Europe, with England attempting to retain their European crown for the fourth time in Vienna this week. This is clearly a sport that can offer national exposure and foresight for a new brand. I hope we have an opportunity to convince you that sponsorship of PCDC is an exciting opportunity
