This is the perfect autumn race to runners of all abilities.
With a flat route, it's a great race for seasoned runners to get a PB and many return year after year to get a fast time.
For new runners, we have a 5km race which is just one lap of the course. And you have the added advantage of starting with all the other runners who will help to carry you along to the finish.
The Course
The is based on a traffic free 5km lap on tarmac and is designed to give spectators lots of opportunities to cheer you on. With no roads or traffic to navigate, all you have to do is concentrate on running. Easy.
The Start
The main races all start at 10:00
The Kids Fun Run starts at 9:15 and the course is adjacent to the main one.
