The Pro Coach Winter Elite programme runs over 8 weeks giving every young cricketer the opportunity to train like a professional at the perfect time of year to work on the all important technical skills. The programme is designed by YCCC Captain Andrew Gale and mirrors the YCCC 1st XI training programme during this time of the year. Every junior will have the opportunity to develop their game at the home of Yorkshire Cricket here at Headingley. Players can expect regular video analysis feedback to enhance development and understanding. Low coach to player ratio for optimum contact time and first class coaching from current and ex Yorkshire CCC players working along side Level 2, 3 and 4 coaches.

Here is what you can expect from the course:

20 hours expert coaching (over 8 weeks)
Video analysis of batting and bowling to refine your technical skills
All sessions held at Headingley Indoor Cricket Centre
Unique drills used by pro cricketers to improve juniors quickly
Pro Coach training top and shirt.
An indepth look into the mental aspect of the game with tips on preparation, dealing with pressure, success and disapointment.
Proven track record of players successfully progessing from Pro Coach onto representative and county teams
